Refund Policy
Class / Club / Workshop missed by the child or participant: We are unable to refund or credit any classes missed by the child / participant for any reason including illness. In exceptional cases, if a child / participant is unable to attend a series of sessions due to an unfortunate circumstance or illness, please contact Truefitt Collective to discuss and review your refund request.
Class / Club / Workshop cancelled by Truefitt Collective: In the extremely unusual event that a class / club / workshop must be unavoidably cancelled by Truefitt Collective, we will reschedule the class missed for another date within the same term. If we are unable to provide this, then you will receive a credit of the session cost refunded from the cost of the following term. Please expect to receive an email from us regarding relevant information. We strive never to cancel.
If for any reason a class is cancelled due to the closing of a venue or school where the class is held, we are unable to refund or credit any classes. If a class, club or workshop has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster, health crisis or severe weather condition we cannot offer any refunds or credits.
